I have always had a keen interest in design, with a background in Architecture & Fine Art & teaching Resistant Materials at secondary school level. I started making sterling silver jewellery as a hobby initially but quickly became hooked. I love seeing the whole design process through from initial sketched ideas to a beautifully finished piece of jewellery for someone to treasure for many years.

My silversmith jewellery-making classes are designed to appeal to people of all abilities, from complete beginners to those wanting to brush up on specific skills. I've been running adult silversmith classes for over 10 years & have a beautiful new studio at Herringston Barn, just a couple of miles south of Dorchester town centre.

 Throughout the year me & my friend & colleague Sammy, teach weekly daytime & evening silversmith classes & myself & a team of local jewellery makers teach one-off Saturday workshops too.
